The Charity Development Partner plays a key role in helping establish and grow Laura Canada’s future charitable foundation , while also supporting internal culture and engagement initiatives. This role combines strategic coordination, fundraising research, partnership development, and event planning. The ideal candidate is resourceful, community-minded, and passionate about creating positive impact—both within our organization and in the communities we serve.

How you will support the team :

• Support the planning and implementation of the charity’s programs and fundraising initiatives.
• Research and identify grant, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare compelling grant applications and donor proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and sponsors.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for fundraising campaigns and events.
• Track and report on donations, grants, and impact metrics.
