We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer to support the execution of capital and sustaining projects at industrial sites in southern Ontario, with a strong preference for candidates located near Port Hope, Ontario .

This role acts as the vital link between engineering design and field execution, ensuring construction and commissioning activities meet required engineering standards, codes, and specifications. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors and project teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects moving forward safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Site Engineering Support & Technical Oversight

• Provide engineering guidance to construction and commissioning teams to ensure compliance with design intent and applicable standards.
• Coordinate resolution of site engineering issues, engaging with design engineers or technical teams as required.
• Gather and verify site information to support engineering design and ensure designs accurately reflect field conditions.
• Review construction packages, drawings, and specifications upon arrival on site; address discrepancies before they impact execution.
• Lead or participate in constructability reviews.
