Compensation Band : 4 – Compensation Range : $67,086.00 to $83,857.50 CAD per year

As a Certification Services Representative, you are responsible for providing and maintaining certification services for new and existing clients and promoting other CWB related service lines. This includes :
In this position, you will report to the Regional Manager, Western Certification and will be working remotely from your home office in Vancouver Island, BC. CWB is adopting a remote‑first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person. We are embracing radical flexibility, where employees are encouraged to work a schedule that works best for them, their team, and their clients.

Education
Technical / other training or better.
Experience
Minimum 5 years hands‑on experience in the Welding Fabrication industry or as a CWB Welding Supervisor. Technical background and knowledge of the welding and joining industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
