Ingénieur en Performance Des Procédés - Ingénierie Industrielle / Process Performance Engineer - Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

:

• Define the best assembly sequences taking into account industrial and technical constraints
• Detail and update the critical path(s) and analyze the impacts of potential industrial changes
• Analyze performance and challenges of workstations by making targeted observations
• Highlights the blockers that undermine productivity. Plays a central role in developing solutions within the ecosystem
• Document the potential and limits of the industrial strategy, prepare analyses with a view to ramp-ups
• Lead various meetings involving several trade quarters in connection with workstation analyses, and be a catalyst for improvement projects
• Keep the prior PERT up to date (Anteriority diagram)

Qualifications:

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering or another related field
• You have 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company
• You are agile in French and English
• You have a critical mind and show abilities to observe and synthesize
• Your main qualities are rigor, proactivity, commitment and courage
