Job descriptionConfiguration and automation of complex business processes Configuration of reporting and dashboards Ensuring the system running efficiently Monitors new releases User access management Security management Data management and facilitating data governance Providing user support Providing user training Working with stakeholders to gather requirements for new processes Proactively monitoring Salesforce environments (e.g. production orgs, sandboxes) General Salesforce org maintenance, including adjusting configuration to ensure the smooth integration of new Salesforce releases Installation and testing of Salesforce apps in lower environments and in Production 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration and support Experience working in either public sector (e.g., Ministry, Crown Corporation, or healthcare) in a Canadian jurisdiction Experience filling critical roles on large, complex projects Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams Exposure to various Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions), as well as a variety of AppExchange products
Responsibilities : Salesforce Design / Functional Analysis
- Working with PHSA and stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos
- Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders
- Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback
