Join Lakefield Veterinary Group as an urgent care veterinarian at Mountain View Veterinary Hospital in Lacey, Washington. The practice is AAHA‑accredited, staffed by six doctors, and offers a blend of urgent care and general practice opportunities.

Our hospital manages a wide range of urgent and emergent cases in‑house, with advanced procedures such as GDVs, splenectomies, C‑sections, and blood transfusions routinely performed. Clinical depth is matched by strong support from seven licensed veterinary technicians.

Typical Urgent Care Cases You’ll See

Ear infections, vomiting, inappetence, lameness, diarrhea, skin conditions, ADRs, toxicity, and other higher‑acuity presentations.

Schedule & Coverage Expectations

• Four 10‑hour shifts per week
• Sunday coverage required
• Other days negotiable; ideal schedule Friday‑Monday
• Hospital hours : 8 : 00 am–7 : 00 pm weekdays; expanded weekend hours up to 7 : 00 pm Saturdays and 6 : 00 pm Sundays
