AFTERNOON SHIFT (straight shift) - 2 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm OR NIGHT SHIFT (straight shift) - 10 : 00pm to 6 : 00am
Oversee maintenance of production equipment with a continuous improvement mindset
Plan and schedule maintenance duties to reduce downtime
Ensuring equipment reliability and continuously improving maintenance processes
Oversee maintenance and repair of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operation
Handle repairs, installations, and upgrades in compliance with safety regulations
Advise plant management of any major equipment problems
Develop and execute PM schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life

Qualifications :

Licensed Red Seal Industrial Millwright or equivalent experience will be considered

5 yrs+ experience maintaining mechanical equipment

Any experience with steel tubing or metal forming an asset but not required

Ability to read and analyze blueprints, drawings

Excellent communication skills written and verbal

Excellent mechanical aptitude

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Computer literate
