About the job PSW - Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide essential care to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in medication administration, home care, dementia care, and assisted living. If you are passionate about patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we want to hear from you.

Duties

Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility
Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in need
Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Support individuals with senior care and hospice care needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Knowledge of medication administration protocols

Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications for the role
