Gestion :
- Suivi journalier des opérations avec la direction
- Planification journalière des services
- Répondre aux courriels, demandes des clients, réservationsde groupes, commentaires Google et Trip Advisor (journalièrement)
Service :
- Superviser et participer à l'ensemble des activités desservices de restauration lors de son quart de travail
- Travailler en collaboration avec le chef exécutif afin demaintenir une excellente coordination entre la cuisine et la salle à manger
- Accueillir les clients, leur assigner une table et lesescorter
- Prendre et gérer les réservations de la salle à manger, enligne à l'aide du service de réservation en place ainsi que par téléphone pourles particuliers et les groupes
- S'assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèle ainsi qu'au traitement des opportunités d'améliorations s'il y a lieu
- Aider son équipe en tout temps
- Assurer l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'établissement
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches requises par la nature desa fonction
