Go Integrations is looking for a finance specialist who can help consult with and guide our clients through the implementation of new accounting software and support them through the migration, set up and on-going support of their finance departments.

This individual has experience with Zoho Finance Tools, preferably, or other similar accounting software and is fast at adapting to new technologies.

This position is part of a growing division within our organization and there is large potential for this to turn into a leadership position as we expand and evolve.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with clients to prepare financial data for migration from one accounting system to another.
  • Working with clients on an ongoing, monthly basis to support them in managing general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Support clients with monthly account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Continuously involved in process improvements and automation of tasks in all assigned areas of responsibility. Provide back up support, as needed.
  • Manage A / R & AP through the internal CRM System
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Track bank deposits and payments.
  • Process invoices.

Requirements :

  • Must be able to work with Executives or their delegates to support them with any queries / issues. Questions must be handled with diplomacy, friendliness, accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
  • Proven work experience as an accounting personnel or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software / CRM Tool
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (primarily Canadian)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • Ability to work effectively within a virtual team with minimal supervision, reporting into a Project Manager.
  • Must have the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving, and demanding environment.
  • Cross cultural, multilingual, and flexible team player.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in general accounting.
  • Working or advanced knowledge of cloud-accounting solutions, Zoho Books preferred
  • Professional qualification is considered a plus

Wage : $55-60k (based on experience) plus annual bonus

Additional Information :

This is a remote position, where business hours are mainly 9am to 5pm with some exceptions to support our west coast clients.

Some travel required occasionally to meet onsite with clients within the GTA.
