Support Analyst
Insight Global is looking for a Support Analyst to deliver exceptional technical support and create a seamless technology experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting hardware, software, and networking needs while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands‑on support for Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware (MacBooks, Lenovo laptops, desktops, iPads, printers, video conferencing equipment).
- Manage user accounts and systems via Active Directory , Azure AD , MS Admin Centre , Exchange Admin Centre .
- Support networking (LAN / WAN / Wireless) and tools like Cisco Meraki , PaperCut , JAMF , Intune , Zoom .
- Use ticketing systems ( ServiceNow , JIRA ) to manage workload and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Advocate for end users by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution‑oriented support.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.3–5 years of experience in technical support.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS , networking fundamentals, and modern IT tools.Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.Experience with scripting ( PowerShell ) and device management platforms ( JAMF , Intune ).Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Nice to Have
Familiarity with CI / CD concepts.Experience supporting executive‑level users.Seniority level
