About the Role
The Head Coach – Franchise Growth & Performance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving franchisee success across revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, this role works hands-on with franchise owners, operational leaders, and HQ teams to ensure franchisees are effectively onboarded, consistently trained, and supported as they scale from single-unit operators into multi-unit, CEO-led businesses. The Head Coach also designs and leads franchisee masterminds, coaches owners on financial and leadership performance, and acts as a trusted advisor focused on long-term enterprise value creation.
Given the hands-on nature of this role, local candidates near Vancouver, BC will be given priority. Remote candidates must be willing to travel to HQ 30-50% of the time to lead in-person training weeks and support franchise onboarding.

Create, document, and update SOPs, walkthroughs, and visual process guides

Coach franchise owners transitioning from hands-on operators into CEO-level leaders

Ideal Candidate Profile
7–12 years of experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, or business coaching
Proven track record of improving P&L performance
