Position : RPN
Hours : Monday - Friday; 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Type : Full-Time; 1 Year Fixed-Term
Location : Kitchener Clinic
The primary focus of the Registered Practical Nurse would be to complete nursing duties as assigned by management. You will be responsible to work in conjunction with the Clinic Supervisor.

Primary duties and responsibilities :
- Conduct Medical Health Assessments including MTO medicals, audio, pulmonary function and mask fit testing.
- Excellent client care experience required.
- Excellent medical documentation skills required.
- Work collaboratively with entire clinic team, assisting where needed.
- Be committed to professional practice and personal development
- Work relatively independently, but will also work collaboratively with the client company
- Manage and remain calm within an unpredictable fast (or slow) paced environment as required
- Customer service and relations as appropriate
What you need to be successful in the role :
- Must be licensed and a member in good standing with the CNO
- Must have knowledge of the college’s standards of practice, Primary Health Care, and Advanced Knowledge in assessment, diagnosis and health care management
- Must have CPR and AED
- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across multiple functional areas and various professional disciplines
- Have superior interpersonal, communication and public relations skills
- Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
