Job Description - Account Manager, Canada Commerce (Labatt)
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team!

Within this role you will be developing client relationships, executing projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, & ultimately driving sales of our brands at the point of purchase.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will have one direct report and will report into the Account Director but will work closely with the entire account team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following duties :
Manage internal and client communication and requests including the development and execution of marketing strategies, overseeing client accounts, maintaining positive client relationships, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and flawless execution
Strong collaboration required to coordinate efforts between various departments, such as creative, production, and strategy
Development and management of program budgets
Project management :
creating workback schedules
managing timelines and budgets
setting up internal and client meetings
Marketing materials development including knowledge of marketing materials production processes, not limited to briefing, creative review, and production management
Manage internal systems, including new program set up and reporting
Support with project resource planning and follow up requests
Provide weekly status updates on program results / personnel, client program reporting and reviews
Attend client meetings or team activities outside the office and / or, on occasion, regular business hours
Management of direct report (Account Coordinator)
This is a mid-level role in an agency environment. This role is currently in a hybrid work environment with 2 to 3 days at the Toronto (Liberty Village) office and / or client office (downtown Toronto).
Salary starting at $65,000 / year commensurate with experience
QUALIFICATIONS

Organized with maniacal attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional verbal and written communication / presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A solid team player
Post-secondary studies in marketing, business, or a related field
3-5 years of marketing experience; ideally in an agency environment
