Job description

Senior Executive Recruiter – Accounting Administrator

Burlington (Onsite)

$50,000–$55,000 annually

Position Overview

Support day-to-day accounting operations within a busy automotive dealership
Partner with dealership teams to resolve accounting and payment issues efficiently
Ensure accurate processing of transactions, purchase orders, and payments
Maintain data integrity and support compliant financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments (AP-heavy role)

Enter and apply cash receipts; support accounts receivable and collections

Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card statements

Liaise with vendors and follow up on outstanding documentation

Assist with daily bank deposits and petty cash reconciliations

Perform daily bank clearing and support month-end reconciliations

Book vehicle deals and support dealership-specific administration

Assist with monthly reporting and statistical data

Qualifications

2–3 years of accounting or accounting administration experience

Automotive dealership experience is an asset, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions
