Body Controls Calibration and Test Engineer

Overview

As a Body Controls Calibration & Test Engineer , you’ll play a critical role in developing and validating the electronic control systems that bring our vehicles to life.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll own technical solutions from concept through validation, act as a subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality vehicle systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical solutions across requirements definition, functional decomposition, calibration, and validation for body control systems.
• Develop and validate calibration and test deliverables, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with program goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software anomalies, driving continuous improvement in system robustness.
• Perform complex design analysis, balancing requirements across features and functions.
• Share best practices and support consistency across the global software community.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or component, mentoring and guiding peers.
• Present data-driven insights, proposals, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Work Arrangement

Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or the Markham Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum.
