Overview

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Childcare, the Director is responsible for the oversight of YWCA Regina's Lumsden Childcare Centre. This role supports and collaborates with Assistant Directors and Early Childhood Educators to provide high-quality early learning experiences rooted in play, exploration, and Emergent Curriculum. The Director leads with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth, while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Program Development – responsible for the overall quality of programming being provided
• Administration – responsible for the effective administration and leadership of childcare operations
