Oracle CX Incentive Compensation SME

• Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations enhancements and support activities
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders focusing on compensation models taxation and payment plans
  
• Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components including custom objects rules and pay groups
  
• Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into compensation configurations
  
• Work with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
  
• Design and configure AI-assisted components for improved customer and sales insights
  
• Develop and manage custom roles ensuring secure access and compliance
  
• Collaborate with Sales Ops Finance and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
  
• Create documentation test cases and conduct user training
  
• Provide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues in a timely manner
