We are a growing industrial property management company with several multi‑tenanted warehouse buildings across the Lower Mainland. We are seeking a self‑motivated individual with experience in general construction and/or hands‑on maintenance and repair work to join our team as an additional building maintenance technician. Candidates must be willing and able to service locations in Vancouver, North Vancouver, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam and occasionally Whistler and Squamish. Physical Job Location: Multiple locations in the Lower Mainland, BC

Job Type: Full‑Time/shift work (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: $36.60/hour

Vacation: 3 weeks

Start date of employment: As soon as possible

Job Description

• Perform regular site visits to approximately 20+ buildings for general cleanup and complex “housekeeping”
• Perform various tenant repairs and/or improvements such as:
  • Removal/replacement drywall work
  • Painting
  • Light fixture/plumbing fixture replacements
• Small renovation projects for new or existing tenants
• Perform walk‑throughs and inspection reports with new tenants and vacating tenants
• Evaluate and prioritize service requests from head office
• Coordinate with inspectors, trades and suppliers
• Junk removal and coordination for vehicle removal
• Light snow removal, salting seasonally
• Occasional landscaping seasonally

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Secondary school education is required
• 1-2 years of experience in construction or maintenance positions is required
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Reliable, driven and organized
• Time management is essential – must be able to organize and make judgments to prioritize several jobs
• Enjoys working individually and in a team
