Assistant Site Manager – Kamloops, BC (Full‑Time)

Express Auto Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager for our Kamloops location. Training will take place at our Vancouver (Boundary Road) site. A strong mechanical background is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve customer incidents; gather information, communicate with ICBC and regulatory bodies, coordinate resolutions, and follow up with customers.
• Document and organize all incident files, including written notes, images, videos, and official communication.
• Conduct internal Health & Safety, Documentation, and Maintenance audits; ensure policies, procedures, and equipment standards are met; and elevate safety or performance concerns.
• Communicate professionally with ICBC, regulatory organizations, customers, and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and written summaries of all official conversations.
• Support the Operations Director by providing regular updates, reporting major incidents immediately, and submitting required documentation.
