Luxury Sales Consultant Position Overview * Proven track record for exceeding sales targets * Dedicated to sales follow up with a successful close rate. * Responsible for growing current customer base and developing new business * Responsible to develop and maintain trade and consumer relationships with the highest level of customer service at the forefront of all interactions. * Project management. * Continually seek ways to improve the service provided with development of professional skills and personal growth. * Proficient in reading detailed floor plans with measurements * Promote teamwork and communication across all platforms Key Competencies * Very high standard of communication skills both written and oral * Must be proficient in using Microsoft office application including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. * Required to operate with a high degree of independence in performing duties while maintaining open communication with all members of the team and management. ** Must be able to demonstrate the ability to handle several projects at one time, implement time management, task allocation and prioritizing deadlines.
