SUMMARY
The Behaviour Consultant is responsible for conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and creating Person-Centred Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) for persons with disabilities. You value Excellence, Courage, Integrity, Fairness, and Passion in your work. Behaviour Consultants carry a caseload of individuals who have a variety of support needs, abilities and ages. Additionally, Behaviour Consultants train teams to independently maintain the behaviour support plan with fidelity and write and monitor safety plans as needed.

Position involves working during business hours, evenings, and weekends according to the needs of the current case load
Wages and Benefits
Starting salary range is $65,149.11 to $79,801.61
This role includes a competency-based salary increase : Increases to wages are applied following the completion of the demonstration of quality assurance benchmarks. Pro-rated benefits include holiday accrual and extended health.
Supervision for those pursuing BCBA / IBA / BCaBA certification after probationary period.
