Job Type : Entry Level Part Time with possibility of Full Time work (Based on Performance & Skills)
Job Location : Greater Toronto Area
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to commute to various client project sites
- On-site removal and disposal of existing fluorescent / CFL lighting
- Unloading and preparation of materials delivered
- Installation of LED tubes and bulbs into existing lighting fixtures
- Scheduling deliveries of materials from our warehouse
- Scheduling of pick up and disposal of old materials
- Cleaning of jobsite during and after projects (removal of old lights and fixtures)
- Vacuuming, Dusting of project areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- A valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean driving record preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and climb up 10 ft. ladders
- Not fearful of heights
- Time Management & Organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project an asset.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Organized and efficient
- Comfortable speaking and communicating with clients on site
