- Make purchases from suppliers;
- Determine the availability of requested items;
- Ensure compliance with costs, delivery time and specifications;
- Create and update purchase requisitions to the ERP;
- Ensure that all stages of the procurement process are followed;
- Generate the various inventory reports;
- Enter data to the ERP at the level of items in inventory;
- Follow up with customers and suppliers on invoices and quotes;
- Support the management of day-to-day relationships with external partners;
- Respond effectively to requests from internal and external customers;
- Plan the transport of the merchandise with the various business partners.
- Hold a college diploma in supply department or equivalent combination;
- Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Have good writing and communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English), an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, an asset;
- Have good judgment and be autonomous;
- Be organizational, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks at the same time in a rapidly changing environment;
- Able to interact professionally at all times;
- Be able to meet deadlines;
