What you'll be doing :
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure strategies, objective, and HR directions are rolled out at the regional level.
- Partner with Management team to drive company culture and SOPs.
- Partner and collaborate with Management Team to drive HR-related initiatives and action plans.
- Responsible for communication through internal channels to Executives and Associates.
- Support Management in handling Employee Relations matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events, and conducting associate surveys.
- Providing support to all Associates on HR related inquiries.
Job Requirements : What you'll need :

- 1-3 years’ experience in HR capacity.
- CPHR considered an asset.
- Good understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance concepts.
