We have partnered with our client in the Automotive sector in their search for an HR Coordinator. Here's what we're looking for: A can-do attitude; Stellar communication skills (you should be comfortable delivering presentations); Great customer-facing/service skills; A true passion for HR; and adaptability.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with the HR team to ensure strategies, objective, and HR directions are rolled out at the regional level.
• Partner with Management team to drive company culture and SOPs.
• Partner and collaborate with Management Team to drive HR-related initiatives and action plans.
• Responsible for communication through internal channels to Executives and Associates.
• Support Management in handling Employee Relations matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events, and conducting associate surveys.
• Providing support to all Associates on HR related inquiries.

Job Requirements:

What you'll need:

• 1-3 years’ experience in HR capacity.
• CPHR considered an asset.
• Good understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance concepts.
