Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Overview

Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer role at Synechron. We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA automation within large-scale enterprise Agile environments, demonstrating leadership in planning, executing, and supporting comprehensive testing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute testing activities across multiple projects in an Agile setting.
• Design, develop, and maintain test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Conduct functional, API, database, and non-functional testing (performance, load, security, usability, compatibility).
• Integrate automated testing into CI / CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
• Support legacy system transformation initiatives by implementing modern testing approaches.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and data analytics teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in a complex stakeholder environment.
