Our client, a large financial institution in Canada is looking to hire a Digital Product Owner for an initial 8-month contract position with a strong chance of extension.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties :
- Creating new ideas to improve customer experience
- Developing business cases with internal stakeholders
- Using the HCD approach for product development
- Leading the team in maintaining performance against digital KPIs
- Sharing product dashboards and reports
- Launching new digital services
- Directing the team
- Gathering necessary requirements
Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Digital marketing experience (web analytics, SEO, campaign management)
- Experience using Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Owner
- Knows how to use UX
- Excellent communication skills and can communicate any business needs and visions to management and stakeholders
- Prior experience in the financial industry or knowledge of mortgages and loans
- Experience using Salesforce
