Primary Responsibilities :

  • Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners - no cold calling or door knocking!
  • Perform product demonstrations, discuss custom quotes, and close sales during in-home consultations
  • Embody honesty and integrity while employing a value-based selling process

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Current consultants earn $150k - $250k+ yearly
  • 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential!

Qualifications :

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to appointments (required)
  • Ability to carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required)
  • Capable of navigating applications on an iPad (required)
  • Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process
  • Previous outside sales experience is a plus

Schedule :

  • Evening and weekend availability (required)
  • Full-time schedule with flexibility on a weekly basis
