Job Description
SES & technologies ltd. seeks the services of an Assistant Sales Manager, for full-time employment. You will be working as part of our sales team, carrying out the following activities :
- Preparing invoices and quotes.
- Maintaining SES’s customer database.
- Preparing and checking sales contracts and amendments (based on templates).
- Respond to customer service, sales and support inquiries, both written and over the phone.
- Participate in preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- Assist in various other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Well organized, efficient and, especially, meticulous.Acceptable written and spoken French.Very good knowledge of English due to documentation and communications with customers who are about 95% outside QuebecAt ease with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.Strong basic math skills (such as calculation of percentages).Like to learn.Other assets
A good science background, knowledge of other languages, and software programming skills are all considered advantages, but are not required.
