The IT Infrastructure and EUC Specialist plays a critical hands-on role in supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and end-user services. Reporting to the Infrastructure and EUC Manager, this role provides Level 1 / 2 technical support, ensures the stability of local systems, and contributes to delivering a secure and efficient digital workplace. The Specialist works closely with both users and global IT teams to maintain high service levels and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Support

• Assist in maintaining and supporting local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and backup systems
• Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot and escalate infrastructure issues as needed
• Implement standard infrastructure procedures under the guidance of the manager
