JobType : full-time

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire to design and deliver scalable, high-performance customer communication and document solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams, ownership of technical architecture, and hands-on leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and high-performing document and CCM solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and provide architecture sign-off for Quadient-based implementations.
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards for projects.
Own solution sizing, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment.

Technical Leadership & Governance

Provide technical leadership and governance to onshore and offshore development teams.

Ensure adherence to Quadient development standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Review designs and implementations to ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability.

Drive production readiness, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities.

Integration & Delivery

Design and oversee integrations between Quadient Inspire and upstream / downstream enterprise systems.

Collaborate with architects, business teams, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across delivery.

Support project planning by contributing accurate estimates, timelines, and technical inputs.

Participate in client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, design reviews, and key project milestones as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite .

Strong understanding of CCM concepts , document composition, data mapping, and output management.

Experience designing and implementing integrations between Quadient and enterprise systems.

Proficiency in scripting and related technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, XML, SQL .

Proven ability to provide accurate development estimates and support solution planning.

Experience working closely with business stakeholders and solution architects.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading and guiding offshore development teams.

Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Good to Have

Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare .

Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Experience with version control systems and CI / CD pipelines .

Prior customer-facing or consulting experience.

Experience & Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant experience.

Quadient Inspire certifications or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
