Under the responsibility of the IT Director, the business analyst is a collaborative partner with our business units. The person is an enabler of growth and innovation and seeks, develops, and helps implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.

We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help build the future digital landscape of our Operations and Live Production teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about using technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and integration to drive continuous improvement.

As the core technologies in use at PixMob are on the Salesforce platform, the ideal candidate will :

Manage, maintain and improve our systems on the Force.com platform for example, Salesforce Sales Cloud;

Provide daily support to internal users of our Force.com applications

Manage and maintain integrations between technology solutions;

Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders

Create and implement project management plans with attention to transparent communication at all levels

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science

Five years of experience as an IT business analyst

Experience designing and implementing solutions that align with business needs

Experience in reviewing and documenting business processes

Experience with data visualization

Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Experience in the fields of Operations and Live Events is considered a strong asset

High proficiency with requirement gathering

Proven analytical abilities

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts and requirements into business terms and vice versa

Strong working knowledge of relevant business process mapping tools and technologies

Ability to translate data into actionable insights

Strong working knowledge of managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
