An OBGYN in White Rock is looking for a reliable MOA. Ideally, you would have worked in an OBGYN office before, you are a reliable and quick learner with an eye for detail. You are comfortable with the processes in a medical office and you are able to provide empathetic patient care.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Scheduling OR
• Maintaining electronic patient files (uploading letters and results)
• Proof-reading of consult and referral letters
• Maintenance of patient confidentiality
• May need to explain investigations and test preparation (simple terms)
• Efficient use of the EMR
• Accuro

REQUIREMENTS :

This position requires an efficient, well-organized, individual with good attention to detail and strong communication skills. Completion of a Medical Office Assistant Program from a recognized institution is mandatory, as well as an intermediate-level ability in computer systems.
