Recruits newcomers and / or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example : Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)

Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and / or refugees
Does not require Canadian work experience
