Project Manager - IAM

Overview

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100 / 500 / 1000 and other companies in Canada / US.

We are currently hiring for a Project Manager - IAM for our Fortune 500 consulting client.

Role : Project Manager - IAM - Identity Access Management

Location : Hybrid - Mirabel, QC (3 days onsite)

Rate : $55-60 / hr CAD C2C

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 6 months + multiple long term extensions

End Client : aerospace

Responsibilities

• Accountable for development, execution, monitoring and control of project plans, including verification and validation of project deliverables quality.
• Successfully manage multi-site, multi-vendor, external and internal projects within schedule, scope, budget and quality parameters.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate and manage risks and issues for successful project delivery.
• Manage ongoing programs as assigned to ensure all objectives meet client expectations, service level agreements and contractual obligations.
• Develop project proposals and offer recommendations for improvement through automation, process design and human capital management.
• Contribute to overall PMO initiatives as directed, regardless of the specific program or agency assignment.
• Accountable for internal and external project progress reporting as prescribed by the Program Management Office standards and Capgemini executive leadership.
• Develop and deliver formal communications (briefings, reports, etc.) with executive stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client, customer and account team relationships.
• Undertake annual continuous education, training and awareness to ensure understanding of technological change.
