Adecco is currently seeking an Office Administrator for a full-time role in Saint John, New Brunswick.

This on-site position provides essential administrative support to the Project Engineering Office, assisting senior leadership, project managers, and staff with day-to-day operations. Salary : $21-$22 / hour
Location : Saint John, NB
Job Type : Full-time | Temporary-to-Perm potential
Schedule : Set schedule, Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am-4 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

Provide assistance in day-to-day administration of the office

Coordinate and schedule travel for the Project Engineering Team

Support the Senior Director of Engineering, multiple senior managers, project managers, and staff

Coordinate meetings and manage conference room calendars

Coordinate, manage, and execute events

Prepare and proof correspondence, presentations, and documents

Manage telecommunications requirements for the Business Unit

Work in Excel with intermediate-level spreadsheet calculations

Manage expense reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date AFE document control

Manage fleet vehicles

Liaise and interact with other departments and divisions as necessary

Create and coordinate requests concerning new hires, transfers, and departures

Manage office and meeting supplies

Perform other duties as required

Requirements :

Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field

Previous experience in an administrative role or related position

Proficiency with the MS Office suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to appropriately multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to work with confidential information

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently with minimal direction
