Objective of Assignment

To provide  the client project management services  with of a number of small to medium size projects. The expectation is that the project manager is accustomed to delivering technically focused projects and is able to manage more than one project at a time.

Deliverables of Assignment :

This assignment is to manage some of the projects below, including but not limited to the following activities :

• Work with stakeholders to define and document project scope
• Prepare and get approval for project charter
• Prepare, monitor and adjust project schedules
• Provide regular status updates and facilitate team and Steering Committee meetings
• Assist with the creation of a Request for Purchase (RFP) document, as needed
• Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing and knowledge transfer to appropriate client staff as needed
