We are currently seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Windsor. The CSR will play a key role in supporting our producers and servicing our valued clients with excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Provide policy information, process changes, and issue documentation.
• Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and customer requests.
• Work closely with brokers to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client files in our management system.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer to appropriate brokers.
