Description de posteRIBO license. Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems (e.g., SIG, Power Broker, Acturis) is an asset. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Windsor. The CSR will play a key role in supporting our producers and servicing our valued clients with excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Provide policy information, process changes, and issue documentation.
- Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and customer requests.
- Work closely with brokers to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client files in our management system.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer to appropriate brokers.
