You as the Finance Manager
- Have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting and consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and operational reporting and analysis.
- Have 2+ years of experience in a leadership role where you have supervised direct reports.
- Are comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate an ability to build relationships, be a mentor and bring your team together to work toward collaborative success.
- Describe yourself as inquisitive, personable, and approachable.
- Enjoy working in Excel and finding ways to streamline processes or utilize technology to create efficiencies!
- Must be proficient in Mandarin and English.
