About the Job
You will be successful in this role if you are attentive to detail methodical in your workflow and enjoy problem primary goal will be performing a variety of quality control duties to assist in the effective and efficient operations of the plant while maintaining a focus on safety. Your day-to-day tasks would include following established procedures to sample and test products.
In this role you will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA / QC). You will work with Research & Development (R&D) Product Development and production operations teams to enhance product quality. The position is full-time and based at the production facility in Burlington ON.
The schedule will be day shift but will require variable schedule for days to swing shift to meet coverage for production shift (day production is 6am-3pm and swing production is 12pm-9pm). Exact hours will vary during high volume season normally the summer. Salary range for this position is between $50-55K based on experience and qualifications.
