Job Purpose : Lead and manage the HR documentation consultancy teams.
Job Overview : Oversee a team of professional HR consultants who serve a growing client base. Responsibilities include managing performance, reporting, tracking metrics, and coaching the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage HR Documentation Consultants and Employment Development Consultants (EDC) teams.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Vice President of Employment Services and stakeholders.
- Conduct training and coaching sessions.
- Lead bi-weekly team meetings.
- Address complaints and negative service reviews.
- Participate in conference calls with counterparts.
- Hold monthly one-on-one meetings to address performance issues.
- Conduct semi-annual team performance reviews.
- Meet HR Consultancy objectives quarterly or as needed.
