What you'll do
- Grow a book of home, auto, and commercial insurance clients
- Follow up on leads and referrals, book appointments, and put together quotes that fit each client's needs
- Review existing policies to find gaps and cross-sell opportunities
- Give fast, friendly service that keeps clients coming back and sending referrals
What you'll get
- A $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings of $100,000+ possible

What you bring
- A proven track record of hitting or beating sales targets
- A customer-first attitude, with a history of building lasting client relationships
- An OTL licence, or willingness to get one (we'll cover the cost)
- Confident communication skills and a drive to win
- Fluent English; other languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Italian, or Russian, are a strong asset
