The successful candidate will be a bold and strategically driven leader, responsible for setting and executing a global commercial strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth. This high-impact position involves leading a global commercial organization, including regional general managers, strategic accounts, technical sales, and sales operations, and championing a safety-first culture in all commercial activities. The role demands a professional with over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial, sales, or business development, and a proven track record in building and leading global commercial teams, particularly in enterprise software, technology solutions, mining, industrial technology, heavy equipment, automation, or related sectors. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Commercial include owning revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance, as well as building scalable commercial processes and governance to support rapid, disciplined growth. The ideal candidate will have deep commercial acumen, a strategic and customer-obsessed leadership style, and the ability to influence across a dynamic global business. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced business education considered an asset.
