À propos du poste :

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des opérations [coordonnateur(trice), commerce de détail] hautement organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et bilingue pour soutenir la croissance de notre organisation. Relevant de la vice-présidente, Opérations et marketing, le titulaire du poste sera responsable de l’éducation, de la performance et des stratégies opérationnelles pour l’ensemble de nos marques dans le domaine du verre automobile au Canada (VitroPlus, UniglassPlus, Docteur du Pare-Brise et Go!Glass).

Principales responsabilités :

  • Gérer les tâches administratives, le traitement des documents et la rédaction de communications.

  • Organiser les réunions, préparer les ordres du jour et la documentation, et consigner des comptes rendus détaillés.

  • Recueillir, analyser et produire des rapports sur les données de ventes et des fournisseurs afin de soutenir les revues de performance et les prévisions.

  • Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), notamment les ventes, le nombre de véhicules, la facture moyenne (ARO) et le taux de réparations.

  • Réviser et mettre à jour les structures de prix deux fois par année.

  • Coordonner et mettre en œuvre des activités de formation, incluant la planification, la logistique, l’horaire et la gestion des fournisseurs.

  • Développer et maintenir les programmes de formation à l’aide de la plateforme LMS de l’entreprise.

  • Coordonner les ouvertures de nouvelles succursales avec l’ensemble des membres de l’équipe impliqués.

  • Collaborer avec les différents départements (Opérations et marketing) afin de soutenir les initiatives stratégiques et l’amélioration des processus.

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en opérations ou en administration (expérience de stage acceptée).

  • Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, analyse et communication.

  • Maîtrise des outils Smartsheet, FranConnect et de la suite Microsoft Office.

  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.

  • Approche professionnelle, diplomate et axée sur les détails.

Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and bilingual Business OperationsCoordinator (Retail Coordinator) to support our growing organization. Reporting to the Vice-President of Operations & Marketing, this role is responsible for focusing on education, performance, operations strategies across our brands under the glass division in Canada (VitroPlus, UniglassPlus, Docteur du Pare-Brise and Go!Glass).

What you’ll :

  • Manage administrative workflows and document handling and write communications.

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and capture detailed meeting minutes.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on sales and vendor data to support performance reviews and forecasting.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, car count, ARO, and repair ratio.

  • Review and update pricing structures biannually.

  • Coordinate and execute training events, including planning, scheduling, and vendor management.

  • Develop and maintain training programs using the company’s LMS platform.

  • Coordinate new store openings with all the team members involved.

  • Collaborate across departments (Operations & Marketing) to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.

What you’ll :

  • 1-2+ years of experience in operations or administration (internship experience accepted).

  • Fully bilingual (French & English) — written and spoken.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, FranConnect, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Professional, diplomatic, and detail-oriented approach.
