Role Description

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct requirement discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Translate business requirements into:
    • Functional Specifications
    • User Stories
    • Process Flows
    • Solution Designs
  • Act as the liaison between business users, solution architects, development teams, and Oracle Fusion implementation partners.

2. Oracle Fusion ERP Solutioning

  • Analyze and recommend Oracle Fusion ERP solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

3. Enterprise Integration & Data Analysis

  • Support Oracle Fusion ERP integrations using:
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
    • Middleware technologies
  • Analyze:
    • Data flows
    • Interfaces
    • Business rules
  • Validate integration requirements and data mappings.
  • Assist with:
    • Data migration
    • Data validation
    • Data reconciliation
    • Reporting initiatives

4. Testing & User Adoption

  • Develop and execute:
    • System Integration Testing (SIT)
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Regression Testing
  • Create:
    • Test scenarios
    • Test scripts
    • Business validation criteria
  • Coordinate defect management and resolution.
  • Develop user training materials.
  • Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.

5. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and organizational standards.
  • Maintain:
    • Business process documentation
    • Requirements traceability
    • Solution documentation
  • Drive ERP process improvements and reporting enhancements.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.
Essential Skills

Experience

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
  • 3+ years supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementations or enhancements.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams.

Oracle Fusion Expertise

Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle Fusion modules:
