  • Oversee the full product lifecycle (ideation → development → launch → operations → end‑of‑life), managing cross‑functional teams (engineering, firmware, QA, field ops, sales, marketing) to deliver reliable, scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer: conduct market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder engagement (utilities, partners, internal teams) to surface requirements, validate product concepts, and ensure high customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Drive go‑to‑market planning including pricing strategy, value proposition, positioning, feature prioritization, support & training plans, and sales enablement to maximize revenue, margin, and competitive differentiation.
  • Foster leadership & team excellence: build, mentor and manage a high‑performing product management organization; establish product metrics / KPIs; instill a culture of innovation, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
