Job description
Empower the next generation of horticulturists as a Hybrid Lead Instructor with Landscape Ontario in Milton, ON. This part-time role emphasizes your industry knowledge and teaching expertise. In this influential position, you’ll coordinate and enhance the GROW New Entrant Program while mentoring instructors to maintain a high-quality learning experience. This role requires exceptional leadership, aiming for continuous improvement and effective teamwork. Work with the Workforce Development team and ensure that training meets industry standards and practices. Key Responsibilities: • Lead instructional coordination across program cohorts • Support the ongoing growth and preparation of instructors • Establish expectations for professionalism in instruction • Conduct regular reviews of instructional materials • Oversee training materials, equipment, and supplies Requirements: • Significant experience in the Landscape industry • Previous roles in adult education and training • Demonstrable experience managing instructional teams • Strong communication skills in various settings • Capability to adapt to changing program needs Champion technical training effectiveness at Landscape Ontario's GROW initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
