Amazon's fulfillment network in Brampton, Ontario is looking for an Area Manager II to lead front-line operations at one of its high-volume fulfillment centres. In this role, you will lead a team of up to 80 hourly associates and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
$75,000 – $105,000 CAD annually. Total compensation package may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). 2+ years of employee and performance management experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2+ years of Amazon blue badge/FTE experience; flexible schedule availability including weekends, nights, and holidays; valid driver's licence
