About SureSwift Capital SureSwift Capital is a private equity firm with a diversified digital portfolio, seeking a seasoned, front-end-leaning full-stack developer to build and modernize software across a portfolio of SaaS businesses. Our focus is transformation via AI enablement, and this role sits at the center of it: someone who thinks differently about how software gets built, leveraging AI as a core part of their workflow, not just a tool.
About the Role The successful candidate will work across different web technology stacks as a true generalist, ramping quickly in unfamiliar environments and using AI to accelerate development, reduce friction, and ship high-quality features faster. They will own feature development end-to-end while maintaining the stability and performance of existing production systems. This role works closely with the cross-functional team and reports to the Portfolio Leader (or designate).
The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable extending legacy production applications and shipping polished new features, with a genuine eye for how software looks and feels to the user.
